If you are interested in advertising with LinuxPackages we offer several
plans to meet your needs. Advertising is a great way to reach thousands
of Linux users daily. We offer banner advertising space as well as space on
the package mailing list. Below are some of the packages and prices.
Email list:
$150.00 per week. CIR is 1449 and is sent twice monthly in most cases.
These ads are placed at the top of the package announce newsletter. Please provide the following for all newsletters Plain Text - 4 lines of text (72 character maximum each line), Sponsor byline or title line.
Banner ads:
$45 per month with equal rotation through all pages on the site.
Ads must be in a gif or jpg format and must less than 16K the dimensions should be 468x60. Access will be given to view banner statistics through the web interface you will also receive a daily email on the views and click stats for your banner(s). There is a minimum of a one month Campaign on all adds.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or changes in orders must be made in writing. Any campaign can
be cancelled with no penalty up to two weeks before the scheduled
start date of the campaign. Campaigns cancelled less than two weeks before
the scheduled start date are subject to a 15% cancellation fee based on the
original amount of the cancelled order. After a campaign has started, cancellation
notices must be provided to LinuxPackages at least two weeks prior to the
effective date of cancellation. Linuxpackages reserves the right to cancel
Campaigns at any time. Any balance on the Campaign will lbe refunded to the
subscriber.
We will not accept any type of pornographic sites or banners.
