You should only use this to report a broken
package. Missing deps is not always a broken package. You should
try and leave a comment first for the package. These are sent to
the creators by the system. Also just try and email them there is a
link to the authors email address with the package. Most creators are
more than happy to help people out, sometimes it even better to email them
than to post a comment. Make sure you read the description about
the package it may contain information about other required packages.
This form is mainly to be used for reporting broken links. If you don't
get a reply to your comment then please go ahead and report it here if it
