Errors come from /etc/rc.d/rc.M when trying to retrigger failed devices:
for i in /dev/.udev/failed/*; do
echo "add" > "${i}/uevent"
done
Release notes for udev note that since version 099 instead of scanning /dev/.udev/failed applications should use just:
udevtrigger --retry-failed |
